Revoking Consent and Data Erasure

End users who reside in the European Economic Area: If you wish to revoke your consent to have information processed by us or any of the vendors we use for data processing, or you wish to request deletion of your personal data, please both contact the website owner where the data was collected/obtained (the Data Controller) and us at info@glas-col.com.

Per Article 14(3), if you obtain personal data from a third party, you must communicate the above information to the data subject either: no later than one month after you have obtained the data, at the time you first communicate with the data subject, or before sharing the data with another organization.

Additional Information Regarding California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). 

Request to Know 

As a California resident, there is the right to know what information has been collected, disclosed or sold on you in the past 12 months and you can request this up to two times in a 12-month period. 

 

Request to Delete

As a California resident, there is the right to request the deletion of personal information collected by the business, subject to applicable legal exceptions. 

 

Please note that simply logging out or uninstalling an app does not delete your account or the personal information we may have collected. Once the request is confirmed, we will hold on to your information for the purpose of keeping record of the request to delete information. 

 

Request to Opt-out

As a California resident, there is the right to opt out of the sale of personal information from the business. 

 

Our business does not sell data, so there is no need to opt-out.

 

We do not have knowledge that we sell personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

To request information, delete or opt out, contact us either by email info@glas-col.com. In your request, note your exact request in relation to the California Consumer Privacy Act. 

 

Verification of Your Request

Before we can respond to your request, we will first need to verify your identity using personal information you provide to us to ensure the request is not fraudulent; thus, upon receiving your request, we will take measures to verify that the request is legitimate. This may require additional information from you which may include information you have provided us in the past. If we are unable to verify your identity after a good faith attempt, we may deny the request and, if so, will explain the basis for the denial.

 

If a resident of California has an authorized agent request information collected, deleted, or opt-out, our business may reach out to you to confirm that this is a legitimate request. We also may take additional measures to verify the legal authority of your agent.
